Products and Availability
We work with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, including CJdropshipping.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, and specifications. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. Please review sizing guides and product details before ordering.
Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill an item after you order it, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unavailable item.
Prices and Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Prices and promotions may change. Changes do not affect an order we have already accepted unless we contact you about an error and you agree to the correction.
If a significant pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the available options. If the order is canceled, any payment collected for the canceled items will be refunded.
Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and usage limits. Whether promotions can be combined is determined by the offer terms and checkout settings.

Orders and Cancellations
Your order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may contact you if there is a payment, inventory, address, or suspected fraud issue.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has started.
If we cancel an order, any payment collected for the canceled items will be refunded.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Products may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If your shipment is delayed or missing, please contact us for assistance.
Returns and Refunds
Our return request window is 14 days after delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping when the reason is unrelated to an error by the store or supplier. For verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items, we cover any required return shipping.

Pet Safety
Use products according to their instructions and select an appropriate size for your pet.
