At The FurEver Friends Store, we partner with multiple trusted suppliers to bring you high-quality pet products delivered right to your door! Because our products ship from various warehouses, your order may arrive in separate packages.


🕓 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing includes order verification, packaging, and quality checks.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.


🚚 Shipping Times

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on product type, availability, and destination.
However, because we work with multiple suppliers, some products may take longer — especially specialty or limited-stock items.

Please note:
All delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to supplier location, carrier handling, or local postal conditions.


📦 U.S. Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only.
Some products may ship from international supplier warehouses depending on availability and inventory levels.

This may result in longer transit times for certain items, even though no additional customs fees apply for U.S. deliveries.


🔍 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or your order confirmation email.


⏳ Delays & Carrier Responsibility

We always aim for timely delivery, but sometimes delays happen due to:
• Carrier issues or weather disruptions
• Seasonal order surges
• Customs or postal processing delays

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, The FurEver Friends Store is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect delivery caused by the carrier.

If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
We’ll gladly assist with tracking or claim information when possible, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for third-party carrier issues.


💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and supplier origin.

• We cover return shipping only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
• For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our verified error.


🌍 International Orders (Future Consideration)

At this time, we ship only to the U.S.
If we expand international shipping, customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees not included in the checkout total.
