At The FurEver Friends Store, we want you and your furry friends to love what you order! Because our products are fulfilled by multiple independent suppliers, returns are limited to specific situations to keep things fair and consistent for everyone.
🕒 Returns (7 Days for Damaged or Wrong Items)
We accept return or refund requests within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
After 7 days, we may not be able to process replacements or refunds due to supplier limitations.

Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or processed.
✅ Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund:
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
• You must provide a valid order number or receipt.
• The return must be pre-approved by our team via email or phone.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene, Custom, or Final Sale)
For health, safety, and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Grooming items (brushes, clippers, grinders, combs) once opened or used
• Feeding products (bowls, feeders, lick mats) once used
• Pet beds or plush items showing wear, fur, or odor
• Personalized, monogrammed, or final-sale items
• Gift cards or clearance products
💥 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

Once verified, we’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility
• Our Error (damaged, defective, or wrong item): We cover return shipping.
• All Other Returns (size, color, or change of mind): You cover return shipping and any related costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for verified shipping errors on our end.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If an item shows signs of use, wear, odor, or missing parts, we reserve the right to deny or reduce the refund amount.
🔁 Exchanges
For faster service, simply place a new order for the desired product and request a return for the original item (if eligible).
📦 Order Issues Outside Our Control
🗺️ Shipping Coverage: We currently ship within the United States only. Some products may be shipped from global supplier warehouses depending on inventory availability, which may affect delivery times.
We are not responsible for:
• Shipping or customs delays
• Weather disruptions
• Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but later lost or stolen
We’ll assist with carrier investigations, but replacement or refund decisions remain at our discretion.
⚖️ Safety & Liability
• All products are sold as provided by the supplier. We do not manufacture, modify, or personally inspect every product.
• Always supervise pets during use and discontinue use if any damage or wear occurs.
• The FurEver Friends Store’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages caused by use or misuse.
